It promotes strength, flexibility, and balance, and can be an excellent way for those recovering from surgery or injuries to regain strength while minimizing the impact on joints. But if you’ve never done it before, Pilates can also seem intimidating.

Thankfully, Los Cab Sports Village is offering a number of ways for those curious about Pilates to try it and learn more. The club’s Pilates Open House will be held January 25 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., offering mat classes and Reformer classes.
