While summer weather never really leaves those of us fortunate enough to live in Southern California, the relaxed vibes of the season last only so long and Labor Day generally marks its unofficial end. With that in mind, members at Los Cab sent summer out with a bang on September 3 at the annual Labor Day Pool Party and Tennis Doo Dah.
Approximately 125 tennis members and their guests participated in the Doo Dah, and the winning team was made up of Sally Omura, Eileen Simpson, Pat Yarbrough, JoJo Latham and Johnny Cheng. Teams consisted of players of all levels and ages, making it a fun event that’s considerably more relaxed than other competitive tournaments.
