Taking time out to think about how fortunate we are and how we can help others isn’t always easy, but a group of members and staff did just that recently with the club’s annual participation in the Adopt-a-Family event though the non-profit organization Share Our Selves.
Adopting a family for the holidays has been something near and dear to the hearts of Los Cab members for nearly two decades, as each year members donate gifts to be given to a local family in need. On December 17, the club hosted a tennis social, followed by lunch, gingerbread-house decorating and a wrapping party.
