Los Cab Guest Policy

Rules and Regulations

Members may bring guests to the club as prescribed as follows.

• Members must accompany guests into the club, and all guests must be signed in at the front desk.
• There is a maximum of 3 guests per member a day.
• Members may not bring the same guest more than 3 times in a 6-month period. Guest visits are tracked in our system.  If you have guests that need a short term membership, we offer 1-week, 2-week, and 1-month passes

Members inviting guests to use any of the club’s facilities shall be responsible for all debts to LOS CAB MANAGEMENT, LLC incurred by their guest and for all damage done by them. LOS CAB MANAGEMENT, LLC may at any time, suspend or terminate the guest privileges of any member of LOS CAB MANAGEMENT, LLC.

Guest Passes:

One-day guest passes may be purchased for $30 for persons over 18 and $20 for persons under 18.  These paid passes must also have an existing member accompany them, no drop-ins.   We do offer a 2-day trial* for those who want to try out the club and those must be purchased on-line and the fee can be applied to the initiation fee if they join.

*Trial pass rules – Come try out Los Cab for 2 consecutive days, please start the sign-up process on the first day you want to use the club. Cost is $35 for individuals and $50 for couples/families. ID MUST be verified and logged at the front desk each time and you may only use the 2-day pass program once; people who abuse this program will be charged a full membership. Must live within 200 miles of the club, if address on ID does not reflect the 200 mile radius, then a utility bill must be provided. Weather make-ups are allowed.

Guest passes are now digital and are posted to a member’s account.  Members can check the balance of their passes by logging into their account.  The front desk can also check your pass balance.

As of May 1, 2025, guest passes for pickleball may not be used after 4pm Monday to Friday and also Saturdays and Sundays until noon in order to protect availability of courts for our existing members during peak times.

Referral program:

Members may earn 2 guest passes for each membership that they refer.  The referred member needs to indicate who referred them at the time they are signing up.  Referral passes do not expire.

Prepaid Annual Memberships:

This type of membership includes 4 guest passes per member that expire at the end of the membership period.  Four additional passes per member are added at each renewal.

Free Guest Days:

On the following days, members can bring in 2 guests for free.

• New Year’s Day
• President’s Day
• Easter Sunday
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• New Year’s Eve
