So fortunate that all of us at Teak love the hospitality industry! Between Chef Pierre, Leslie, Sous Chef Ernesto, Richard Z, – the Bartender, Darren the DJ and Nina, there is over 100 years of combined experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry, and we love every minute of it. It is instant gratification to see each and every event from beginning to end, knowing that everyone had a wonderful time with family, friends, and colleagues and that the host/hostess actually had the opportunity to be a part of the occasion and never having to worry if there will be enough food and beverages for everyone.
Every event is unique! No two weddings are ever exactly the same. Your vision and dreams are what inspire us to create the theme, the menu, the décor, and the ambiance. With your concept and ideas…..we can do this!

Chef K.D.’s uniquely passionate cuisine is the culmination of her years of training at Le Cordon Bleu, traveling and training in the finest restaurant and hotel kitchens in Southeast Asia, eventually honing her craft working in the top catering kitchens in Orange County.
