YOGA:
This gentle yoga class emphasizes movement, breathing and alignment. Everyone moves at their own pace and range of motion.

KUNDALINI YOGA:
A blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Bring your yoga mat.

RESTORATIVE YOGA:
This class welcomes all students, regardless of past yoga experience, flexibility, strength and/or ability. During this class, you will be guided through some gently seated movements before moving into a restorative shape of choice. We will finish with a guided yoga Nidra meditation and crystal singing bowls to calm the mind and nervous system.
SEATED YOGA:
Seated yoga uses a chair to help with balance., increase flexibility, strength and body awareness. By having proper support and stability, it can also improve and promote focus, mental clarity, and relaxation.
YOGA FLOW:
Embrace your inner peace and strength. Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, ease of movement, balance and full-body relaxation. We will make an exploration of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, back extensions, forward folds, and hip openers.
Flexibility & Strength
PILATES

If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

PILATES MAT CLASS:
This an intermediate class focusing on building core strength in the abdominals and low back by incorporating pelvic stability and abdominal control. It also enhances flexibility and builds strength by using progressive range of motion movements.

Full Body Training
STRENGTH+CARDIO BASICS

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
Classes start April 1st, 2025 members are welcome to use the TXR equipment room located on Racquetball Court # 9

STRENGTH+CARDIO BASICS:
Participants will focus on improving their overall cardiovascular fitness through basic low impact movements.
Segments of strength training and stretching are also included. The tempo of the class is perfect for seniors and novice exercisers of all ages.

TOTAL SPORTS STRETCH:
Your body works hard with all the activities and sports you do. Give your body a well deserved stretch with Total Sports Stretch. This is a one hour class that will focus on stretching and strengthening, as well as alignment and stress relief. All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat.

A toning, body-weight-lifting workout that engages deep muscles you wouldn’t normally target. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

For Your Enjoyment
CLASS GUIDELINES
Arrive a few minutes early to class. Enter the studio quietly and use the time for a few moments of meditation or gentle stretching. If you arrive late, find a place at the back of the room unless otherwise instructed by the teacher. Avoid leaving the class during meditation or savasana. If you must leave during class, please close the door gently.

Alert the instructor to any injuries prior to the class starting. This will help the instructor know to give you modified poses if necessary. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to class. Please be aware of personal hygiene and refrain from wearing any fragrance to class. Remember to mute or turn off cell phones. Thank you for observing these guidelines.
