Los Cab Guest/Day Pass Policy
Rules and Regulations
Guest Passes:
Members may use guest passes to bring guests to the club as prescribed as follows.
- Check-In: Members must accompany guests and sign them in at the Front Desk to authorize the use of a guest pass.
- Digital Tracking: Passes are stored digitally on your account. You can check your balance online or at the Front Desk.
- Eligibility: Guest passes are non-transferable. Members with accounts “on hold” may not use guest passes or be a guest.
- Responsibility: Members are responsible for any debts or damages incurred by their guests.
Members inviting guests to use any of the club’s facilities shall be responsible for all debts to LOS CAB MANAGEMENT, LLC incurred by their guests and for all damage done by them. LOS CAB MANAGEMENT, LLC may at any time, suspend or terminate the guest privileges of any member of LOS CAB MANAGEMENT, LLC.
Pickleball – New Prime Time Program
- Starting April 1, 2026, we are introducing a Prime Time fee structure for guest pass usage on the pickleball courts:
- Prime Time: Monday–Friday after 4:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday before 12:00 PM. Guest passes may be used during these hours for a $10 fee.
- Non-Prime Time: No extra fee to use a guest pass.
- Guest passes for tennis and sports levels remain valid at any time with no additional fee.
Referral program:
Earn one primetime guest pass for every new member you refer (ensure they mention your name at signup). Referral passes never expire!
Free Guest Days:
On the following days, members can bring in 2 guests for free after 11am.
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
New Day Pass Program
We are replacing our 2-day trial with a simplified Day Pass system for non-members that will be purchased via the Los Cab website
- Adults (15+): $30
- Youth (6–14): $15
- Children (5 & under): Free with an adult
- Off peak pass: $15 available between 12pm and 3pm 7-days a week for all ages – must vacate the pickleball courts at 4pm.
- First Day pass fee can be credited toward the initiation fee if you convert to a full membership!
