DESCRIPTION:Due to the high number of registrants in CAPA TOC 12/9-10\, all of the divisions are full. \nIf your partner registered and you have not paid yet\, please zelle to capickleballassociation@gmail.com and email your full name\, DUPR email\, DUPR rating\, age and division. A welcoming email will be sent once the registration deadline is over on Dec 3rd. \nStay tuned to our next tournament Jan 20-21 CAPA Claremont Open 2024. Registration starts on Jan 1st\, 2024! \nEmail capickleballassociation@gmail.com if there is any question.  \n\nCAPA Tournament of Champions will be our most competitive and highest payout tournament in 2023\, where the best CAPA players play against each other to win the CAPA Tournament of Champions title. \nMedalists in 3.0-4.5 divisions and Quarter Finalists of 50+ Open and Open doubles divisions in our CAPA 2023 tournaments will receive a Championship Pass to pre register for the CAPA Tournament of Champions. \nEach participant will receive our exclusive CAPA Tournament of Champions Hoodie and top 3 winners in each division will receive our customized championship medals. Open division prize will be $2500 and 50+ Open division prize will be $1500. Both players must have a DUPR rating of 4.0 or above to join 50+ Open Doubles. Both players must have a DUPR rating of 4.5 or above to join Open Doubles. \nIf there are more than 36 teams registered in Open Doubles\, spots will be prioritize to the players with higher rating. \nRULES \n3.0-4.5 division matches will be recorded in DUPR by CAPA after the tournament. 50+ Open and Open division matches will not be recorded in DUPR. Round robin plus medal round format for each age division. Franklin X-40 yellow will be used. USAPA 2023 pickleball rules will be applied. Only USAPA approved paddles can be in use. Net serve is continuous play. Receivers have to call OUT calls clearly and loudly in game. \nEnter as a team. Both partners have to be above 50+ to join 50+ division. If I am 49 and my partner is 51\, my partner and I cannot join 50+. Please register the corresponding level as your DUPR rating. Both partners can play above their rating\, but not below. If a player has a 3.0-3.49 rating\, the player can join divisions of 3.0 or above. If a player has a 3.5-3.99 rating\, the player can only join divisions of 3.5 and above. If a player does not have a rating or rating is provisional (*)\, the player can join in any divisions. \nREGISTRATION FEE \nMen’s\, Women’s & Mixed Doubles: $70 Per Person Per Event/$140 Per Team Per Event \n50+ Open Doubles: $100 Per Person/$200 Per Team ($1500 Prize Money) \nOpen Doubles: $120 Per Person/$240 Per Team ($2500 Prize Money) \nPlease enter you and your partner’s full name on ‘Additional Information’ when you check out\, and have both you and your partner register and pay before the deadline. \nZelle- If you do not have paypal\, please zelle to capickleballassociation@gmail.com\, make sure to email you and your partner’s full name\, DUPR email\, DUPR rating\, age and division. \nRefund- If you withdraw before Dec 3rd\, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card.
