DESCRIPTION:AUGUST 12 @ 8:00 AM – AUGUST 13 @ 5:00 PM UTC-7\n$150.00 – $600.00\n\n\nThe future of pickleball leagues has arrived: Minor League Pickleball is launching fun\, social\, amateur team leagues across the country. \nFORMAT\nMinor League Pickleball is an innovative team competition where teams of four players (2 women and 2 men). Teams compete against each other over several days that encompass a novel and engaging format\, with twists on traditional match-ups and scoring for games\, matches\, and tiebreakers. \nTeams compete against each other in Matches. A Match consists of four Games\, starting with one women’s doubles Game\, followed by one men’s doubles Game\, and then two mixed doubles Games. If two teams are tied after these four games\, an innovative tiebreaker known as the “DreamBreaker™” (to 21) is played\, with a rotational system involving all four players. Teams first play each other in group or round-robin play\, and then the top teams square off in a single-elimination format. Prize money is distributed equally for women and men based on team performance. Prize money stated is based on full registrations in each division and subject to change. \n5 matches guaranteed \n12 teams are divided into three pools of four teams—the top two  teams from each pool advance to an elimination bracket (6 teams). The best two teams will have a bye into the semifinals. Quarter-final rounds are played in a single elimination round with a back draw to determine 1st to 6th places. \nThe third and fourth place from each pool will play in a six-team\nelimination bracket with the best two teams having a bye into the\nsemifinals with a back draw to determine 7th to 12th place. \nDay one\n3 pool play matches \nDay Two\n2 or 3 playoff matches depending on results \nDUPR 22* (The team’s aggregate DUPR must not exceed 22.30)\nDUPR 20 (The team’s aggregate DUPR must not exceed 20.30)\nDUPR 18 (The team’s aggregate DUPR must not exceed 18.30)\nDUPR 16 (The team’s aggregate DUPR must not exceed 16.30)
