NEW FITNESS CLASSES IT’S A GROUP EFFORT!

The number of group classes offered at Los Cab continues to grow. The club recently added two new Pilates classes to its schedule, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. with trainer Peggy Pocher; and on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m., Olga Barreal teaches a new STRONG by Zumba class. Fitness Director Marianne Grossman said it’s important to offer classes that appeal to a variety of people and to continually add new classes to keep members interested and engaged.

“Fitness changes all the time,” she said. “There’s always something new to do with group fitness – class formats change and adapting to people’s needs and current trends.”
