The March Madness Fitness Challenge is back at Los Cab, and the competition is sure to heat up as members aim to participate in 20 hours of classes and activities to earn the commemorative March Madness T-shirt that’s a badge of honor among those who meet the challenge.

Fitness Director Marianne Grossman said that the March Madness program comes at a time when New Year’s resolutions have often faded. Members track their hours with tally cards that are marked by instructors at the end of each class, and often members try classes that they may not have considered – yoga, Pilates, cycle, Bodypump, Zumba and more. Each week, there are designated classes worth double points, which serves as incentive for members to try something new
