GROUP FITNESS: TWO CLASSES ADDED IN MAY

A pair of classes will join the group fitness offerings at Los Cab in May, giving members more opportunities to get in their favorite workout or to try something new.

For starters, a new Core/ Kickbox Express class will be held every Monday at 7:30 p.m. The 30-45 minute sessions will consist of abdominal core work for the first half, followed by kickboxing movements to raise the heart rate and further challenge both core muscles and agility.

In addition, the popular TRX class is getting an extra day and time on Wednesdays at 10 a.m. TRX uses a suspension trainer as the tool to leverage gravity and the user’s body weight to perform exercises.
