The number of group classes offered at Los Cab continues to grow. The club recently added two new Pilates classes to its schedule, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. with trainer Peggy Pocher; and on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m., Olga Barreal teaches a new STRONG by Zumba class. The roster of personal trainers available to members at Los Cab Sports Village has officially expanded. Sharon Yao, who has taught Pilates mat classes for a number of years at the club, recently signed on to teach private Pilates sessions as well as small group reformer and Tai Chi classes. CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS SET FOR THE FIRST WEEKEND IN MAY

DOUBLES TIME The annual men’s and women’s doubles club championships are set for May 5-6 at Los Cab Sports Village, and the competition on the courts is sure to be fierce.
